It’s built\, reinforced\, and modeled by leadership.\nYet too many leaders are stuck in their own agenda\, focusing on metrics\, reports\, and daily fire drills—while their culture shapes itself… often in the wrong direction. \nThe truth? Leaders have more influence over culture than they realize. They set the tone every day—through:\n• What they recognize.\n• What they ignore.\n• What they tolerate.\n• What they reinforce. \nAnd right now\, many leaders aren’t consciously and actively cultivating a positive culture.\nHere’s the reality: If you don’t cultivate culture intentionally\, a toxic culture will grow by default.\n• Without leadership reinforcement:\n• Employees feel unseen\, unappreciated\, and disengaged.\n• Negative behaviors go unchecked and become the norm.\n• Emerging leaders never get developed\, creating future talent gaps.\n• The biggest leadership mistake? Thinking culture is HR’s job. It’s not. \nCulture is a leadership function. It’s built through daily interactions\, feedback\, and reinforcement.\nIt’s time for leaders to step into their true role—as the architects of culture. \n\nCurrent Exhibitors\n(as of 1/14/26) \nAmerican National Insurance\nAmerican National Property and Casualty Co.\nBall Horticultural Company\nBotaniworld\, LLC (SoilWand)\nConnecticut Agricultural Experiment Station\nConnecticut Farm Bureau\nConnecticut Mulch Distributors\, Inc.\nConnecticut Nursrymen’s Foundation\nDeer Guys\nEast Coast Nurseries\nGreen Envy Products\, LLC\nGriffin Greenhouse Supplies\nH.O.
