Overview:
We are looking for a landscape and hardscape crew member with experience to join our team. We are willing to train the right person! The ideal candidate will have experience working on a team, using tools and machinery to complete tasks, and shows initiative. This hands-on role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

This is a seasonal role that offers full time employment, 40 hours per week with the opportunity to work overtime hours as needed. Hours are subject to fluctuate based on weather.

Duties:
The duties may include and are not limited to the following:
– Landscape Installation – new plantings and renovations
– Landscape Maintenance – grooming, edging, mulching, pruning, deadheading, training, weeding
– Landscape Construction – walkways, patios, retaining walls, and installing lawns
– Complete all tasks as directed

Experience & Requirements:
– A detail-oriented team player with a passion for creating high-quality work
– Ability to be professional on clients’ property.
– This position is physical and requires strenuous physical activity at times, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
– Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions (cold, wind, light rain)
– A valid driver’s license required. Clean driving record preferred.

Compensation:
$17-25 an Hour. We offer industry competitive pay based on experience in the field.
